How to Enable and Disable UPnP

**This is for modem not router!*****

I had a problem with battlefield 3 which I used to get kicked out all the time... I don't have a router so instead I disabled the UPnP of the modem.

Most commonly the username and password are like these:
username: Admin
password: Admin
username: Admin
password: password

Mine weren't like these so I called my internet service provider and they gave me the account details.
