X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) - Lecture and Demonstration
Описание
This is a virtual course of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) presented by the surface analysis laboratory at Virginia Tech. It consists of two parts. The first part is a mini lecture of XPS 101. The second part is a demo measurement using PHI VersaProbe III XPS instrument, including sample preparation, demonstration of several key XPS features, and data processing.
