This is a live video recording of Tomas Luis de Victoria's Officium Defunctorum (1603), taken during the first lecture-recital of Jonathan Velasco, a candidate for Doctor of Musical Arts, on March 18, 2023. Performing with him is his choir, the Ateneo Chamber Singers.

First performed and composed for the exequies of the Dowager Empress Maria of Austria on March 18/19, 1603, this recorded performance marks the 420th anniversary of Victoria's last work.
