Better Chunk Loading (Minecraft mod Fabric 1.18)

Chunk loading has sucked since 1.14. Why not make a sensible mod to fix it?

This mod is based of a technical server I used to play on, where they had a functionally similar mod built into their Carpet mod repo. I mixed that repo with the latest release versions up until the mod was no longer working, so I made it into a separate mod for my own use. Figured some others might find use in it too.

This mod does require Fabric Mod to be able to work, and I recommend using carpet mod to be able to increase the force load chunk limit.
