Enable fTMP for Windows 11 Compatibility Check - AMD R5 3600, AsRock B450m Steel Legend

Here is how I was able to get a Windows 11 upgrade compatibility!
Instead of enabling TPM in BIOS Security settings and not booting up after, just enable fTPM under CPU Config.
Please take note this is for users using an AMD Chipset.

My Desktop Specs:

Corsair 16GB DDR4 3200mhz
