MTP Device error. INF is invalid. Android phone, Windows usb connection solution.

MTP device or INF is invalid error sometimes comes up when You connect Android mobile phone to Windows computer (7, 8 or 10) with usb cable.
PC just will not see ( recognize) it and You cannot transfer Your data between devices. I have found the solution (fix) for this problem.

I was using Windows 8.1 and Vivax Fly4 (Nougat OS´) in this tutorial. Each work correctly, just not each to another.
