How to Upload File with a progress Bar in ASP.NET Core

I have explained, how to upload file with progress bar in ASP.NET Core razor pages with JQuery Ajax. Progress bar dynamically updated according to the current progress of file. I am using the HTML 5 progress bar to display the progress bar.
