This is a tutorial on how to modify GeForce Experience so that it can be used in offline mode (without internet and no login needed). This tutorial also shows you how to disable the idiotic game scanning that is absolutely useless and only makes things worse.

This mod allows you to use ShadowPlay to record games. You still have all functions available, such as mic, webcam, screenshots, recording ..etc.

Maybe you can even use it for streaming if you allow specific service to access internet, but haven't tried.
