So, what do you do when a customer wants a refund? This question is so subjective, it is also so personal. There are many reasons why a customer would want a refund and many reasons to give or not to give one. In this video, I share my recent experience with a Facebook marketplace customer who said they loved it, took it home, and 3 hours later wanted a refund. Flipping furniture can be fun. You can find a mountain of videos about the hunt for pieces, furniture flipping, the before/afters but what is not talked about is "what do you do when some wants their money back" - how that makes you feel.
