The offline software is a function that comes with the DELEM DA53T system. The application of this function on the HARSLE press brake machines allows the operator to program offline on a remote computer and then actually produce on the press brake machines. It shortens the operator's programming process on the machine and thus increases productivity. Here is a tutorial on how to use the offline software.

Plug the flash drive into the DA53T control system.

Click Machine on the screen.

Click System Information on the top of the screen.

Click offline software on the right side of the screen.

Click accept and download the offline software to the flash drive.

Plug the flash drive into the computer, find the offline software, and copy it to the computer.

Click on the offline software on the computer, install and run it.

Enter the Activation code (the activation code can be found in the box of the DELEM flash drive, please note that the symbol should also be entered).

Click end and wait. It indicates the successful installation when the DELEM system interface appears.

Click Products, and set the Product ID, Production description and Production properties.

Click Tool setup, click select punch and select die in turn to choose the suitable punches and dies.

Click Program, enter the Bend parameters such as Bending length, Angle, etc according to the production and drawings. Customers can click the add bend on the right side of the screen to add bending steps if needed.

Click Transfer after the programming finished.

Click product, choose to save to the flash drive, export done.

Plug the flash disk into the control system again and import it into the control system. Then HARSLE press brake machine can produce according to the program.
