Xbox- Go to your settings and turn on your remote play. It will load up and give you a diagnosis on the system. The system must have a online connection if you want to play.

Controller- Must make sure it’s a next gen controller with the face plate that is built in. This will connect to any phone via Bluetooth.

iPhone- Connect the controller via Bluetooth and start the Xbox app. Then go to the wifi looking device and start remote play.

• Xbox remote play will only play next gen games. Will Not play Xbox 360 games from remote play. You can literally play any game, anywhere anytime.

***IMO and from what I observed, remote play works best on a wifi signal for the bigger games( gta no man sky red dead etc…)
As far as recording game clips sometimes it saves on the actual phone sometimes it doesn’t save at all.

~~Word of Mouth. It’s said that compared to the the back bone, which is a gamepass cloud gaming. It’s possible to play 360 games as long as you have a valid Microsoft account; you don’t even need an Xbox for the backbone.
