This is a video Tutorial on how to open a .REZ file, extract an .LTB file, and convert it into an .smd file for blender. This uses Blender v2.80 and 7-Zip v19.00 programs.

Written Tutorial:
locate rez2 folder
open with rez explorer
extract certain folder/file you want
rename the extension .ltb to .lzma
open 7zip and extract .lzma
rename file back to .ltb
run as admin LTB to smd.exe
locate ltb (1st button)
ltb to lta (2nd)
lta/ltb to smd (3rd)
open blender
import from smd
make naughty stuff
