Ford Explorer full of juveniles flees from police - Arkansas State Police PIT Maneuver ends pursuit

Trooper's Report:

On Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at approximately 1400 hours, Conway PD advised ASP they were in pursuit of a brown Ford
Explorer, in the their city.

While traveling northbound on Donaghey Ave at Dave Ward Drive, I took the primary position in the pursuit. We continued
north on Donaghey, passing UCA at approximately 60 mph. At the intersection of Donaghey and Erbach, I conducted a
successful TVI, ending the pursuit.

At this point, myself and a Deputy with the Faulkner County SO had to use physical force to arrest the driver, as he became
combative while being removed from the vehicle. I delivered one closed fist strike the the subjects left cheek before he was
taken into custody.

In total, there were seven occupants inside the car, four of which were juveniles.
