Here is a tutorial on how to make rotating lamps design which are perfect for a lighthouse project. You can easily expand this design to make it bigger for a larger rotating lamp. This only works after Java edition 1.11 as this was when observers were first added! This is quick to build and very useful for creating a small and compact cyclical redstone signal structure.
