Steak!!!

So first and foremost I took my rib eye out of the fridge and set it on the counter. I want to let it come to room temperature.
“Allowing the meat to come to room temperature allows for a more even cook all the way through. If your meat is cold when it hits the pan, it can cause the muscle fibres to tense up. Get your steak out ahead of time – about 30-40 minutes is usually ample for a 500g steak.”
I prepared my compound butter with lots of garlic, cilantro and wasabi.

Now as far as the steak goes. I will heat up my cast iron pan for 7 mins. I will then add some Nuvo Oil and my seasoned steak (Steak and Burger from Pork Mafia). It’s not long from there, I let the steak cook for 1 minute. After that I will flip the steak I will add my compound butter and let it cook for 1 more minute before setting it aside to rest.

This is the first one. I want to do this video a second time and make it better.
