Beat Sage [ FIX ] for custom songs not loading 2.0

I made a fix!

Features:
- Fixes Broken .dat files for BeatSage
- Detects Missing Files
- Makes backups so you won't lose a file if an error occurs during execution.

How to use: (Can be used while game is running, but I wouldn't do it that way)

- Click Folder

- Navigate to: "steamapps\common\Beat Saber\Beat Saber_Data\CustomLevels\"

- Open CustomLevels

- It will find all .dat files

- Click Fix

( With 1.3 and up you select the CustomLevels folder and Click fix, will auto-fix all files, ONLY WORKS WITH BEATSAGE)

+ Added feature to detect broken file structure (missing files that make the song work)
+ Added Auto-Backup of Files. (It saves them in the song directory as a .bak. You can easily find and delete them all with windows search if needed.)

+ Fixed coding error: If the info file's missing it will now show it.
+ Fixed coding error: No longer reports cover missing if it has an extension other than .jpg

Note: This should be the final version, there are no more known errors with the beatsage api that this program does not cover. BeatSage was also fixed so that no more errors should occur in file generation. Thank you for using IceSage it was fun developing it!
