This video is about making a simple raft or flat boat completely from bamboo. The procedure seems to be simple but it's not.
The first step is to cut big bamboos, the bigger the size of bamboo is the better the boat. Cutting bamboo is very dangerous work because one must be careful enough to avoid cutting in the opposite side of slant, otherwise it'll crack and hit your body.
The second step is to cut them into correct pieces by taking a reference stick . Then we must tie these bamboos as close as possible . Minimum two layer of bamboo must be there to maintain buoyancy. After that we can push the raft into river and can use small bamboo to push it forward.
