This 30-minute Pilates Workout focuses on spinal mobility, which is important for the overall health and movement of the body. Even better, however, is that you will feel tension and tightness melt away in your back, shoulders/neck and hips.
I call this workout a "yummy" flow because it includes so many exercises that will feel so good in your body and leave you feeling better than you started! Although the focus is on spinal mobility and flexibility, many of these movements inherently incorporate core stability, support and strength that are the basis for many Pilates exercises.
