I know I am not a professional, and no, I am not telling anyone that this is 'okay'. I do this for myself and only for myself, just because I want to.
I have done over 30 piercings, and I know that does not make me a professional.

Materials:
Unopened, sterile, 14g hollow needle
16g labret/lip stud (longer than normal to allow swelling)
Sponge piercing forceps
Sea salt and warm water mixture (alcohol)
Q-Tips
Kleenex
Sterile piercing marker (pen)
