Changed box cooler because of lack option to run at lower than 1000 rpm, new cooler can be stopped, cooler spins in the range 500-2200 rpm.
At 2000 rpm it is louder than the intel box cooler at 2000 rpm. In range 0-1600 rpm, it is barely whispering. Sound can be noticed only in a completely silent room
Because of lack of air circulation, upgrade temps dropped only 3 degrees of Celsius. Temps dropped significantly after reversing PSU to outtake air from the case. Now idle - 29, load - 47, room temp - about 25 degrees of Celsius.
