El juego usa dx 11 y en las ciudades donde hay muchos npcs había suttering masivo y cpu overhead. Usar dxvk palia esto y el juego corre mucho más suave. Casi de forma perfecta.

Mi pc tiene las siguientes especificaciones:
I7 9700k, 16 gb de ram drr4 a 3600 mhz, disco ssd evo 860 y una NVIDIA 1080 TI.
Windows 10 1909 y los drivers de la gráfica son los 471.11.
