Command:
IncPCS (Skill)
Increase the Dragonborn's skill points by one point.
For example, the command IncPCS marksman will raise the Archery skill by 1.

Open up your game and use the "title key" to open up your console. This key is usually right under your ESC key.
Next use the command "IncPCS marksman" to raise the archery skill by 1. You can raise any kind of skills by using this command.
For example "IncPCS destruction".
