This workout is designed for my Saturday class with mixed levels of students. Each half of the workout has 300 swings, without doing any "extra" reps. This video starts out with 5 minutes of a squat progression warm up. You do not have to do squats, just repeat either deadlifts or two hand cleans.

Okay, now the workout begins, here is the swing rep template (with extra swing reps in pareytheis);
10(+1), 20(+2), 30(+3), 40(+4)
20(+4), 30(+6, 40(+8)
30(+9), 40(+12)
40(+16)
Second half you can choose to add swing reps, or squat progressions
Round #1 clean squat, x1 , x2 , x3 , x4
Round #2 swing, clean sq, x2, x3, x4
Round #3 swing, clean sq, cl sq, x3, x4
Round #4 swing, clean sq, cl sq, sq x 4
You do not have to add any "extra reps" or clean and squats! If you want to do a longer workout just repeat either one of these halves, choose your favorite!
