The V9 Game Wheel has a mode error with a Windows 11 PC. For example, the V9 - Tools application recognizes the PC as a PS3 HID and cannot change the X-input/D-input mode in any way. Please refer to the solution in the video to troubleshoot

Open the PXN website: www.e-pxn.com, click on Support - Tools, then download the V9 firmware V2.37 package and finish the upgrade on your PC to solve this fault.
