stretch + glitch | after effects tutorial (sapphire, glitchify, pixel sorter plugin needed)

this tutorial was requested by two anons on my tellonym. i use this a lot in my edits and i'm happy to share this effect. it includes a lot of plugins though so i understand if you can't do it.

keyboard shortcuts i used frequently in this video (windows):
u - open all your keyframes
i - goes to the beginning of the layer
o - goes to the end of the layer
alt + [ - shortens the beginning
alt + ] - shortens the end
f9 - makes your keyframes easy ease
+ to zoom in on your timeline
- to zoom out of your timeline
