Covers Lessons 1, 2, and 3 of the JetPack Compose Instructional Package from developer.android.com/codelabs. Those lessons require you to setup Android Studio Canary 7 or 8 and to learn some basic Kotlin/JetPack Compose.
I have created this video to walk prospective learners through the many pitfalls I encountered while following the lesson instructions.
These included; unexpected and uninstructed modifications to the gradle files, issues with incompatible coding, need for upgraded Kotlin language, possible issues with the SDK and SDK tools, among many other things.
With this video, you will be able to set up Android Studio Canary 7 and smoothly complete the three lessons.
