Optimizing REAPER Buffer Settings for best performance

How to configure REAPER's buffer settings to work best with your system.
I use a 2015 MacBook Pro and these settings work great for recording, mixing AND video editing with 2K H.264 footage straight out of camera. Results may vary but I really hope this helps!
