LTspice tutorial - simulating NTC thermistors

Описание

In this video I look at how NTC type thermistors can be modeled using LTspice. First I look at what the basic mathematical expressions behind the NTC temperature resistance are and then I also look at how the self heating of the NTC can be modeled. In the end, check out how a manufacturer made model can be tested to check if the self heating is present.
