Second attempt at GTA III speedrun with massive improvement - from 1:48:24 to 1:34:53!

Setup used:
- Original GTA III version 1.0
- 3D Analyze for windowed display (officially allowed tool)
- All speedrun community rules followed

Still using basic strategies like instapasses on portland, rocket launcher abuse on sayonara salvatore and mega jump to Staunton Island, but with better execution and fewer mission fails compared to first attempt.

Not grinding for world records, just enjoying one of my favorite games and seeing gradual improvement. Casual speedrunning approach - playing for fun rather than competitive times.

RU: улучшил результат поскольку не сфейлил теперь почти ничего (папараци не в счет лол там все равно не так критично). В целом прошлый ран был норм но его еще и не приняли из-за мода на оконный режим (жесть). теперь чистая гта 3 1.0 и прога 3dAnalize для оконного режима, все по правилам. Хотя и не приняли прошлый ран зато теперь -13:31 минут, результатом я доволен.
