Step 1. Go to http://adf.ly/ALucV OR http://adf.ly/AQ8yL

Step 2. Save the file to your desktop

Step 3. Extract the file

Step 4. Copy the 4 files

Step 5. Go to the GTA IV main directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV

Step 6. Paste the 4 files and you're done!

Controls:

-F3: Open the trainer
-F4: Hide/Show the trainer
-Backspace: Close the trainer

-NUM2: Move down the trainer
-NUM8: Move up the trainer

-NUM4: Decrease numbers/locations/menu's
-NUM6: Increase numbers/locations/menu's

-NUM5: Accept or Enable/Disable options
