Q: What is PojavLauncher?
A: PojavLauncher is a Minecraft: Java Edition launcher for iOS, and iPadOS.

Q: Do resource/data packs, mods & shaders work?
A: Yes. Resource and data packs work, although support for mods and shaders is very limited on PojavLauncher.

Q: How do I install mods / shaders / resource packs?
A: After installing Forge, Fabric, or Quilt (and launching game once), you place mods (.jar files) in the following directory → Open 'Files' app → On My Device → PojavLauncher → instances → default → mods.

Q: Do I need a Minecraft Java account to play?
A: Yes. Game piracy is illegal. You are REQUIRED to login with a Mojang or Microsoft account with a VALID GAME LICENSE in order to play Minecraft Java on your Apple device. Go to [] Links [] to buy the game from the official Minecraft website.

Q: Does this work on iOS 17?
A: As of October 26, 2023, there is no way of getting PojavLauncher working on iOS 17 due to lack of JIT support. Subscribe to be notified when it becomes supported.
