How to setup and use soundflower on MacOS Quicktime player

In this video I show how to install an add-on to QuickTime player on MacOS called soundflower. Soundflower allows you to record the audio to a quicktime file that would normally be coming from the speakers on your computer. While using this add-on with QuickTime Player, the sound that normally comes through the speakers will not come out the speakers. This can be useful for recording live TV on a service like sling or YouTube tv without your microphone picking up the noises around you which would ruin the audio. Also, after you are done recording your file with QuickTime, in order to get sound to come through your speakers again you need to go to settings-sound-input and output and change it from soundflower 2ch to internal speakers.
