🎮 Fix Joystick ( Gamepad ) not working for Linux Mint / Ubuntu

✍️ Description: Linux mint joystick gamepad not working? Why?
Most of joysticks in the market design for Windows OS only. I hate to tell you that, if you want to make it work, buy the brand new one, like me, I use Logitech, it works fine. On the other hand, cheap joystick not gonna last long.
