Developed by N4ba, Deppart; a dash cam type of game, proves, again, that this solo dev understands horror like no-one else. The game, albeit short, is one of the creepiest things I've played this year. Tense, spooky and with an ambience taken straight out of a nightmare, you'll soon be looking over your own shoulder just to make sure nothing is lurking around.
The aim and shooting mechanics do need some work, as it made the last minutes of gameplay more infuriating than creepy, but being N4ba's first foray into FPS gaming, it's understandable. The game runs perfectly on Steam Deck, although controllers needed a bit of fumbling to work perfectly.
Try it now and you won't regret it. Or will you?
