Описание

Tarantella was written in England by the pianist Albert E. T. Pieczonka, who later emigrated to the United States. Originally composed as part of the 10-piece “Danses de Salon” set, the Tarantella and the Grande Polonaise Héroïque were the two that survived the filter of Time. And out of the two, the Tarantella is the only piece widely played by students, and perhaps, may be the lone composition that keeps Pieczonka out of the pit of eternal oblivion.

Performer: Adolf Schindler on piano
