WHERE IS THE BATTERY IN A GENESIS G80? HOW DO I OPEN A G80 WITH A DEAD BATTERY?
The Genesis G80 battery is located in the trunk. The G80 remote key fob contains a removable key blade that you can use to open the trunk in order to jump start or charge the dead battery. Push the release button on the remote key fob to pull the key blade out. You can also use the key to unlock the driver's door using the key cylinder on the door. A cap covering the the key cylinder on the Genesis G80 driver's door will first need to be removed to expose the key cylinder.
