You dont need SD Card. If folder misssing, did you allow to gain access to your storage. Then if its good, the folder is still missing try to Create one. Also You Must Allow The Game To Access Your Storage And Allow Your File Manager To Access Your Storage Also.

Also to Spawn This Car, Go to Spawn New Car/Mods Then Select the Car That You Want To Spawn.
