25 security guards dismissed on Workers' Day

25 former employees of the Paulus Iilonga Kapia Security Service held a demonstration today at the company's premises, vowing not to leave until they are reinstated and receive their pay. The workers were ironically dismissed on Workers Day last week. 

The group claims the action came after they lodged a complaint to the Labour Commissioner
because the company had allegedly had not paid back their money. Money which they had used to buy uniforms when they were employed. The arrangement was that the company would reimburse the group. All they walked away with were reference letters.
