The Brabender BatchMaster is a complete automated
solution for fully digital, recipe driven gain-in-weight batching
of smaller ingredient amounts.
Its main feature is an autopositioning weigh hopper with a
built in shut-off valve. The weigh hopper automatically
approaches each feeding station according to the recipe and
collects the individual batches. When all the ingredients are
collected the hopper reaches its discharge position, the
valve opens and the ingredients are emptied into downstream
equipment (eg: mixer, conveyor, etc.).
