F22, F23 Vaillant Ecotech Plus Boiler Diagnosis and Magnetic Filter Servicing-Important note below

Please note: the two black valves before and after the magnetic filter (see me turning with a pliers) have two turn vanes on them and a 14mm turn hex shape on top. The black valves are opened when the vanes are aligned with the direction of flow, or pipe direction. The black valves are closed when simply turning the valves 90 degrees clockwise, or 90 degrees anti clockwise.

If it's getting cold where you live and the Vaillant Ecotech Plus boiler is showing a F22, or F24 fault code, then why not try my method of diagnosing and fixing the boiler yourself to save money.

I couldn't find the wrench I used in the video from ebay, but this tool should work...
