The files also haven't been set to defaults.

For the UST: Select all notes, right click, select Region Property, set Modulation to 0 or any value you may be using, and Intensity to 100.

For the VSQx: Select all notes, go to the Lyrics tab, select Phoneme Transformation/Convert Phonemes. Make sure to apply your preferred singing style to each track.
