CV Laser Module troubleshooting - Creality Ender 3 S1 Pro

I'm having issues getting the 5W laser module to function on my Ender 3 S1 Pro. at first, light was emitted but no engraving taking place. I also wasn't able to "Run Range." Now I can run range but I do not have any light emitting. I have two brand new lasers.

The laser module circuit is receiving 24V and both fans have constant power. The laser itself reads 0V at all times. I did not get a voltage reading during the short time that there was light emitting from the laser.
