[Python] How to convert text to speech? | Get male and female voice? | Adjust speed and volume?

With the help of gTTS (Google Text to speech) and pyttsx3, we can easily convert our text to speech.
To download gTTS:
pip install gTTS
To download pyttsx3:
pip install pyttsx3
We can generate male voice and also female voice with pyttsx3. Also, we can adjust speed or volume of sound in pyttsx3.
gTTS is very simple to use. It generates female voice. To generate male voice using gTTS, we have to download separate male voice file but we have pyttsx3 to generate male voice easily.

To generate female voice from pyttsx3, we need voice_id:
voice_id = "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech\Voices\Tokens\TTS_MS_EN-US_ZIRA_11.0"
