Cookie run kingdom is not optimized game. This game released only 4 months ago.
future update they will optimize game.

Minimum requirements for device compatibility
iOS - OS 13 or higher, RAM 2GB or higher
AOS - RAM 3GB or higher

If you are a iOS user iPhone 6 or higher can be play smoothly.
if you are a android user, you want Android 8 or higher, minimum 3 GB ram 5GB free storage Snapdragon 440 or higher.

I played this game on 3GB ram and 4GB ram. In 3GB ram I cannot play still lagging and crashing. 4GB ram I can play smoothly but sometimes frame dropping, and lagging.
Apple iOS is optimized. iOS can play all games smoothly. In android case only flagship devices are optimized. mid or low budget users some games cannot play.

So play cookie run kingdom on 30 FPS (If you have low end device). If you press 60 FPS then phone is gonna need to use more resources which makes lag.
