Ghost Recon Breakpoint-5000 XP point /min - Repeatable XP Point Farm- Everything needed is in the video. All gears have XP Boost Plus 10% XP boost in the Bivouac. You can farm an unlimited amount of XP Points this way. If you Bring a 40% Russian Ration (you get this by killing bosses in Operation Motherland) plus 40% of Pathfinder on top of that you will get an even greater result but it lasts only 120 minutes so I didn't include that.


Edit: I just realised that I totally forgot to turn the Pistolerro XP Boost perk ON. With that, you make more XP points when you use your handgun.
