This video shows that you can use any 9 v or 12 v adapter with the Dymo 160 label maker. You just need to make the inner side of the plug negative and outer positive. Usually all adapters are in reverse order. Thus, you cut the wires on any existing adapter and swap wire ends, that's how you reverse polarity. Attempt at your own risk. Medium level of low voltage electrical systems required. Thanks!
