Titan Quest AE - Enchanting for Epic and Legendary Items

This is a modification of the original Game.dll which allows the using of Relics and Charms on Epic and Legendary items. The feature is already present as all Epic and Legendary items have socket removal prices but the Devs did not implement it in to the game probably for balance reasons. All i did was to change a code line and voila less restrictions more power!
