Spring Time Catmint Protection

Hello and welcome back to Margaret’s Garden School! We are glad you’re back today as we are looking at the catmint plant. Our cat loves rolling on it which gives it quite the flat pancake look. To ensure it’s growth throughout the spring time we’re building a chicken wire dome to provide structure so it’s long tendrils don’t get squashed to death. The plant will still grow through the holes so our cat will still get to snack on it, but it will look much more full and lovely. There’s always more to learn in the garden!
