Steam Client Service FIX!!

This was a fix that I was glad if found, even though I tried the other solutions on the steam website I was still getting that message.

BUT this solution worked out for me and I hope it helped all of you guys out :)

Also sorry for my English I'm trying to talk fluently ( I'm Asian)
