2015 and up


Camshaft housing
Valvetrain issues can occur/ Overhead valve adjustments are important every 500 k
Seals on injector rings (high-pressure lines reusable can leak)
EGR cooler
EGR Valve
Exhaust or intake leaks
Intake throttle body ( will trigger a codes
Sensors with soot build-up
Injector cups
Higher oil weight or overfill the engine oil can cause leaks
Fuel pump failures causes/ filter intervals and oil leaks
No starts
Air compressor- failures, due to dryers, coolant line leaking, and oil leaks
Oil module, ( note the extent of repairs)
Water pump
Crankcase filter (replace at 500K if still leaking than High crankcase pressure should be checked
ATS after-treatment systems( Low NOX) Troubleshooting correctly is important
Low oil pressure due to lower o-rings (explain inspection of oil suction manifold for reuse
Oil pan leak (drain plug loosen)
Front oil seal
Dry start
